Can't view Orders in WebForms

I have received notice of 41 orders but they won't load or print. Any resolution?

Hi Chris,

Resolution will depend on which Internet browser you're using.  WebForms is optimized to run on Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, but not Google Chrome or Safari.  If you're not in Internet Explorer, please see:

If you're in Internet Explorer, you can try adding Compatibility View Settings to view and print POs.  To do so, please:

1. Open an Order to view (you'll likely get a blank screen)
2. Tap the "Alt" button on either side of your keyboard's space bar a few times
3. Locate and open "Tools"
4. From "Tools," select "Compatibility View Settings"
5. A window should open and source in "hosted-commerce.net" to a small box
6. Click "Add" to the right; "hosted-commerce.net" should drop into the larger box
7. Click "Close"; the Order should populate to view and print successfully
