Webforms fulfillment? What exactly does this mean? What has changed? I am only seeing 13 purchase orders in my inbox. It use to have every PO that came in since we started with SPS. Were did they go? Where can I find them? And since these changes I have not seen a PO come in which is odd considering I have getting at least 3 a week.

Hi Courtney,

Thank you for utilizing the Support Center!  As you are noticing, SPS Commerce changed the names of our product offerings last night.  A quick before-after guide can be found here

As noted in the linked post, the change was purely cosmetic and will not change any functionality.  Below, I have broken down your questions to try and best answers them.

Missing Purchase Orders
The name change will not move any documents.  It is likely that your Inbox is set to retain the Purchase Orders for a short period of time (ie. 3 months).  After the allotted time, the documents are archived in order to clean up your Inbox.  Archived documents can be found following this search guide.

If you would like to change the settings for your account to lengthen the time in Inbox, please click on Preferences on the left-hand side.  Once the window opens, you will find "Months in Mailbox."  You can change this as you see appropriate, followed by Save and Close at the bottom.  By doing this, the system will "un-archive" and documents within the new time-frame.

No Purchase Orders this week
As stated above, the name change will not have affected any data-flow.  I can certainly search for a Purchase Order if you do have any missing numbers, however that would be unrelated from the name change.

All great questions, I hope this helps.  Please let me know if I can help clarify any further questions.
