WebForms Certificate Update - July 13th

Greetings WebForms Fulfillment Users,

SPS Commerce will be updating our security certificate this evening, Monday, July 13th. You will be prompted to select ‘run’ on a new Java prompt prior to forms loading. For this message to not appear each time please select ‘Do not show this again from the publisher and location above.’ If you are experiencing issues with forms not loading after this point you will need to clear your temporary internet files in order to fix this problem. You can do this by completing the following steps:

Clearing temporary internet files for Firefox:
1. Click on the 'History’ button located on the menu bar
2. Select 'Clear Recent History'
3. Select 'Everything' in the ‘Time Range to Clear’ section
4. Select only 'Cookies' and 'Cache'
5. Click 'Clear Now'

Clearing temporary internet files for Internet Explorer:
1. Click on the 'Tools' button located on the menu bar (or from the gear icon in the top right corner of your browser)
2. Select ‘Internet Options’ from the drop down menu
3. Click the 'Delete' button under the ‘Browsing History’ section
4. Select only ‘Temporary Internet Files’, ‘Cookies’, and ‘History’
5. Click 'Delete'

Clearing temporary internet files for Google Chrome:
1. Click on the 'Tools' button (3 bars) located on the menu bar on the far right
2. Select ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu
3. Click the 'Show Advanced settings' button at the bottom of ‘Settings’
4. Select ‘Clear browsing data’ under ‘Privacy’
5. Ensure ‘the beginning of time’ is selected and check ‘cookies and other site and plugin data’ as well as ‘cached images and files’
6. Click ‘clear browsing data’
