How do I add a person to receive webform document emails from SPS Commerce. We have a new person that will be getting into this website for Canadian Tire and I need to add to the list to receive email notifications.

Hi Susie! Great question. You are able to add or remove email addresses to receive New Document notifications within Company User Admin. This is accessible on your portal home page to the left of the News Feed. Click on Edit to the right of your username, then adjust addresses as necessary.

I need to have 2 additonal company personnel added to the email alerts that are sent. How can I please have this done.

Hi Hannah! Is the entering of the additional email address effective immediately? Or will it take some time until the new email starts getting all standard notifications?

Good morning Jose! The newly added email address should begin receiving notifications for any future documents. For example, if you add an email this morning and you receive a Purchase Order this afternoon, the new email should receive that new document notification.

If you find that the new email is not receiving notifications, please double-check spam or trash folders and if necessary add @spscommerce.com as a trusted email domain.

Hi Sharon,

Thanks for your post! You can update the email addresses that receive the New Document Notifications by following these steps:

- Log in to your WebForms account at www.spscommerce.net - Do not click on 'WebForms'
- Go to 'Company User Admin' on the left side of the screen
- Click on the edit button, across from the main username for your WebForms account
- The recipients for the notifications are listed in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Add the desired email addresses (space separated, no comma)
- Click 'Save'
