SPS Support has always found a "timeout" repport from my connection each test although the local ISP confirmed there's no limit or restriction is set over the connection. Browsers sometimes left me a warning report of a security certificate error. It's luck for me Firefox can still access the system. I’ve been trying to resolve all related technical issues those I’ve learnt around this world. The webform can't be loaded anyway eventhough. It's the only problem for weeks. The mssg "Please wait... your webform is loading” has been stopping me there for ever. I’m wondering how somewhere out there people could still keep going on with SPS without my situation? How may I do more finding out a hopefully future for my work?

Good Morning Lang,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with not being able to load WebForms.  Usually, that can be caused by a few things.  You may need to remove your current java version and update to a new one. Go to this page for steps on this process.  Once you have an up to date java, you may also need to verify your browser settings are setup correctly.  Go to this page for steps on this process.  Please let me know after taking these steps if you are still having the issue.

Good afternoon, Paul,

Thank you very much for your instruction. I've been trying on with yours above these days. The Java has been installed with a #7U6 as the latest version. My Firefox Ad-ons has set the Java to be "Always activate" and the webform has still been hiding behind the notice "Please wait... your form is loading". Longing for it the pop-up invain for days again.
