I am a new Web Forms customer and would like to know if others have had as painful implementation as I have had?  Not a single order processed in over 3 weeks because of various errors on SPS side - questions they forgot to ask me or my factory which prevented us from processing Amazon.com orders for that week.  One months fee plus set-up fee down the drain!

I'm terribly sorry you have had a bad experience with your implementation process.  We always aim to have it be as seamless as possible, however, we seem to have missed the mark on this one.

I looked back through your cases and see that you did reach out to us concerning your current one.  I will follow up with your project manager and ensure that the issues were resolved and that the project is back on track.

If you have any feedback concerning the process or communication, please let your project manager know and they will ensure the experience improves not only for you, but then we can incorporate the feedback into our process and ensure future set-ups see improvement as well.

We have had similar issues.  We've struggled for 7 months and found that SPS always points the finger at someone else when there is an issue.  It would be great if they would become 'allies' is solving the problems instead of just blaming someone else.

I will call you later this week.  Frankly, we are NOT through this yet, and continue to get chargebacks from Amazon because stuff is not getting to Amazon from SPS cleanly.   ARGH!!!
