We have several P.O.'s that we received on January 22, 2018 which we can no longer find in the fulfillment screens.

Lost P.O.'s 4621705415, 4621709371, 4621705414. (All from Grainger)

Found that the documents were archived, so we were now able to process them

Documents can only be archived by a user in Fulfillment. My guess is that this was done by a user in your company's account by accident. If you are missing documents in the future, you can always click on the "Include Archived" box in an Advanced Search under the "Transactions" tab to locate them.
