We are not receiving notifications when orders are received or invoices sent

Plum Organics stopped getting email notifications over the weekend - was working fine on Friday 11/7 but have not received any notification for orders this past weekend or today (Monday 11/10). I have checked spam or junk folders.

Hi Ed,

Thanks for posting! Do you have examples of POs/invoices, or is this happening to them all? I can check to see if our system generated an email and where it went.

I received an email stating where addresses emails are being sent to, etc... is that what you are referring? So should we start getting notifications as well?

I sent you an email listing the emails that our system says notifications are being delivered to. Are those the emails that didn't receive notifications for over the weekend? Because if so, then they are being delivered on our end. I advise following the steps I outlined in the email (making sure our domains are whitelisted) since the email notifications are being delivered.

Yes I received that email and those are the correct distribution email addresses for which we are not getting notifications. I have forwarded your email to IT to make sure nothing changed over the weekend that would prevent us from receiving emails. I will let you know their response.

Help!  We just went live with Grainger and entered an order on the Grainger website, didn't get any email notification that the order was placed from SPS.  We received a confirmation as the customer from Grainger

Hi Dan,

Thank you for using the Support Center!  I show a couple orders in your account from this morning.  Did you not receive email notifications for these Purchase Orders?  If not, please check your spam folder as well as ensure the below domains are white-listed:

spscommerce.com
spscommerce.net
email.spscommerce.com

Let me know if you are continuing to encounter problems and we will go from there.

Glad to hear they were received.  I am not entirely sure how the notifications work from a technical aspect, but I do believe they work in a "batch" fashion (ie. Sent on the every hour if there are new documents).
