We are no longer receiving email notifications for new orders from Grainger. I have checked the settings under webforms permissions and the email addresses are still there and are correct. This seemed to stop working right after the issues occurred a couple of weeks ago at SPS. What can be done get this working again? My company is Monarch Instrument.

For the past two weeks we have not received any notification emails for New Purchase Orders arriving from ADI in EDI(SPS). Can this be fixed ?

Hello Kim and Tim,

We are aware of a current issue regarding New Document email notifications. Currently, our technology team is investigating to determine why you both, and other customers, are not receiving email notifications. In the interim, we recommend that you log into your
WebForms account regularly to ensure you do not miss a new Purchase
Order. We sent out an email update to inform our vendor community, and will send another email when these issues are resolved, and I will also update you here when it is resolved. Please let me know if you have any questions!
