I submitted a ticket via email, and want to be sure this is addressed quickly.  Wayfair is not receiving our 846.  Can you tell me if you are seeing an error to help me identify the problem?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I looked into the case and I'm seeing that the are transmitting successfully and we are getting 997 receipts back from them that confirm this.

I sent you an email from the case with a few 997s attached to it that you can send to Wayfair so they can search in their system and troubleshoot the issue.

If you need more information, just reply back to that email and I can continue to assist.
