The community moderator provided the following reason for archiving: Old is rolling out new EDI requirements starting May 1st. Currently we are only able to send them tracking information through an email but their new requirements state this will all be done via EDI. Have you heard about this? We are integrated with them and would need to test this out.

Hi Mark,

That is a great question!  I have not personally heard about this.  I am contacting our Account Owner to try and gather more information on this.  I sure hope we have received notice of this as we both know May 1st is right around the corner!

I will relay any information I find on to you.  In the mean time, if you have email correspondence from regarding this new document that may help clarify on our end, please feel free to email that to with "Attention: Jordan" in the subject line.
