Walmart and - Same Department Number

Hello, We are looking to add as a fully integrated trading partner. Because it uses the same department # for both customers, I am hearing that we can't connect this to different customers in NetSuite. Is this correct? Can we not specify certain fields within the PO for review and the logic would direct the order to the appropriate customer record? The customers have different payment terms, costs, etc. for similar items. How would we resolve this issue?

It is my understanding that orders would utilize different ISA IDs that Walmart orders. Beyond that, there is more than likely other information distinguishable between a regular Walmart and a order which could be used to route those orders to separate Walmart customers in NetSuite. Unless there is an inherent issue with having two separate customers in NetSuite for Walmart with identical department numbers, this should not be a major problem.

we used this part of the 850 PO

Stores has several possibilities in the REF*PD but .com is always ONLINEASAP so we had SPS route it to our netsuite customer/entity if it said ONLINEASAP and to the walmart stores if it said anything else.
