Viewing document has lost labels

Hi

The webform viewing document has lost all of it's headings and labels. I can download and respond of course but the document view is simply lines, the data being transmitted by EDI and the labels have all become colons.

Thanks for your post. Just to confirm -- are you having trouble viewing documents in your WebForms account? If so, do you have a Purchase Order number example that I can take a look at?

Hi Johnny,
I am also having the same issue.  I am having the issue in both Internet Explorer and Chrome.  One of the PO's I am trying to print is Grainger 4615747196.

Hi

You don't need a PO number, it's any document. Just by pressing the 'view document' icon link right next to the checkbox under the 'Status' column on the 'WebForms Fulfillment' page.

I was hoping for a Purchase Order number so that I could get logged into your account to see if I could replicate the issue on my side. I was unable to replicate the issue from Emily's account. Have you already tried adding SPS Commerce to Compatibility View in Internet Explorer?

1. Log in to your WebForms inbox and navigate to your Inbox.

2. While in your inbox, click on the gear icon on the upper right-hand side of Internet Explorer browser (Tools). Choose "Compatibility View Settings" from the drop-down menu.

3. Type this exact site into the 'Add this website' field at the top of the form:

*.hosted-commerce.net

4. Click the "Add" button.

5. Close the Compatibility View Settings window.
