I have a problem loading my files on using Windows 10.  I email that my problem is with Windows 10, and I get a 4 year old video using Windows 7 and Vista.

Seriously, 4 year old troubleshooting?

So sorry about the date on that video.  Many of the processes are the same, however, a good tool to use is the WebForms Self Diagnostic Tool.

This will walk through what may be happening with the forms and how to resolve the issue.
