Hello. My warehouse is trying to create an ASN for Vail Resorts. They keep getting stuck at the vendor number. I entered our vendor number 302259 in the default section, saved it and checked it and all seems correct. Can you help please?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have looked into this error and your connection with Vail Resorts is still being owned and watched by your dedicated implementation analyst.  You will need to reach out to them and provide them with that vendor number.  We then add it to our system and that allows the ASN option to function.  It will not be something you can add.

I have created a case and sent the implementation analyst a timecard requesting that they reach out to you to get that number so we can add it in so you should be hearing from then within the next business day.

If you need it added sooner, you can either call them directly, or call our Support Team who can then assist as well,
