User admin with duplicate entry in web form service

Hello, when I edit the web form enabled option through "Company User Admin" -> Service and Product Option, I found there are duplicate entry for some trading partners. would you please help to advise why there is duplicate entry for the edi document?

Hey Kenny,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center. It looks like you are setup with both an Integrated System and WebForms which may be why there are duplicate documents in the Company User Admin. As long as one of the permissions is set, you will be able to view the documents. In addition the different ASN options correlate with different types of ASN's that you are able to send from your account.

Some duplicates are often caused by old and new versions of the form. Also you may see the same form twice if you are setup with both an Integrated System and WebForms. The product manager will look at this to see what we should change to reduce confusion.
