Hello, When I logged into my email this Monday morning, I saw that I've received the following emails from SPS (all at midnight for the past 3 nights).  Should I be worried?  Thanks Marcia

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

We have not seen that message in support before and I know we emailed it to you, but after looking into it, it may be an alert to an internal purge you do for your FTP folder on your side of the connection.  I would double check the header and ensure it is from us and not an internal alert from the system concerning our connection.

We are not familiar with any mass document auto-deletes that would be set up on our side. But, it would make sense to have a purge set up each night on your side to move documents through. I would look at the system and see if anything seems to be wrong.  I would also run that email by your IT department to see if they are familiar with what may be causing it.  If it is functioning normally, you do not need to be worried and can take sometime with your IT department to determine the cause of the email.  If you do find something is wrong, please email or call in to our Support Team and we can work with you to see where the error is coming from and what actions would need to be taken to resolve the issue.

Thank you,

SPS Commerce Infinite Retail Power

Thanks for responding. On Friday afternoon there was an update available for "SPS Commerce" bundle in NetSuite.  It was updated at 12:55pm.  That is what changed in our system.  Now, the repeated email error reads "Bundle name:  SPS Commerce"  Seems kinda strange,,,, Wonder if there's a glitch in the update?  Can we reverse an update?

Thanks
Marcia

I'm not sure if you can reverse an update, I'm looking into that now.  However, I'm not able to find any information on that error message.  I think we need to determine the exact issue you are experiencing and work on troubleshooting that.

I have created a case and sent you an email notification from it. Once you have determined the error you are experiencing, please respond to that email and I can work with our development team to resolve it.  It is case: 02487772.

At this point, I'm just not sure what this error is about.

Thank you!

Hello,

I brought this to our development team and they have determined that there is a missing component in the the bundle deployment.

They are aiming to update the bundle in the next 24 hours to resolve the issue.   Thank you for bringing this to our attention and thank you to Bill for also adding that you are experiencing the same issue.  Working together to understand the scope and nature of the issue allows us to communicate more accurately to our developers and resolve issues quicker.

Thank you for your help in this process!!

Katrina
