Apologies on the delay here. In general, however, if something is urgent, we highly recommend calling into our support team at 888-739-3232.

If you are still in need of assistance I would recommend contacting our support team as well, unless you wish to provide some information to where we could provide you some guidance.

In general though, SPS Commerce would not supply the BOL number. This is something that will be generated by you or the carrier you have shipping your product. Also, the invoice in generally transmitted after the shipment is sent.
