Uploaded Java just now, still get the dialogue box that I need to update Java in Google Chrome and MS Edge.

Cannot acknowledge any forms, constantly get the update Java dialogue box, I cleared my browser history and tried Google Chrome and MS Edge.

And, I hate hate hate that you want me to sign in with social media.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

I'm sorry to hear you have been running into so many troubles with WebForms.  Unfortunately, there may have been a miscommunication along the way.

WebForms will not work in Chrome or MS Edge.  Those two browsers have discontinued the support of the java plug-in and have chosen not to move forward with that platform.  This means that WebForms will not load forms up in those two browsers.

Our preferred browser is FireFox and Internet Explorer is also a good one to use.  It sounds like you have done quite a few troubleshooting steps along the way. Please try it in FireFox and if the forms do not load: our support team can help you get it up and running.

I would advise to call in and they can hop on a desktop share with you and ensure WebForms is up and running as well as answer any other questions you have about it.

I'm so sorry this has been frustrating for you, and I would like to see this resolved.  When it is best for you, please give our support team a call.

I was unable to run WebForms on FireFox for about 8 months with other problems that were never resolved.  

Honestly, this is a lot of work to get a PO that can easily be emailed or faxed without all this extra work.

I'm sorry to hear that.  It should not be more work. 

Once the system is up and running, it should allow for the consistent transmission of data between trading partners.  Unfortunately, it sounds like you have hit quite few road-bumps along the way and the headache has increased.

When it is a good time: give the support team a call and they will be able to help get everything up and running smoothly.  From there, you will be able to send and receive the data without the hassle and it will allow the retailers to send and receive the data into their inventory management systems without manual entry.  This is key for many retailers who need the efficiency of large inventory management systems to effectively manage their supply chain.

There is never a good time for me to be on hold for an hour waiting for someone to get on the phone to solve a problem that will reoccur in a few weeks because of some other reason.
