It is asking for an email address. We used to log in with a user name. What now?!

When you upgraded to Fulfillment using the banner in your WebForms account, you were asked to enter an email address-that email address is now your username. We sent an email to this email address with instructions and a link to set up your new account.

We cannot give password/login information on public posts, but please feel free to contact our Support team at (888) 739-3232, option 1, option 1 to see which email login you have, or to have that invitation re-sent.
