Upgrade issues?

I've received these orders twice
* Purchase Order (New): 105186
* Purchase Order (New): 105187
and these two orders are failing PONumber: 105247 and 105252. Also, I can't archive anything, the "processing" box just sits blank. Could the recent upgrade have affected my account?

Good morning Marcia,

I will touch on the duplicate POs received as well as archiving, as WebForms is my area of expertise.  You should see a response from Johnny regarding the failing POs shortly.

Duplicate POs - I have tracked both out and each have a timestamp in the raw data different than that of the original PO.  That means that these POs were resent by your Trading Partner.

Archiving - Are you still having difficulties archiving?  If so, do you mind providing me an example document you are looking to archive?

Thanks for your explanation of the dupe PO's. I'll get with TSA on that.  Yeah, the archiving seems "stuck"  Here is a picture of what I'm seeing.  It just freezes up.

You are welcome.  How strange - I was not able to replicate that issue on my end.  I tried PO 929022 and was able to archive (have since unarchived).  TO be sure, you are placing a check-mark in the status column on the left-hand side, and then selecting Archive from the Select and Action menu?

Yes I check the records I need to archive.  So it's allowing me to archive now. Ya got me...  Thanks though, I appreciate it.
