I'm working with our customer Old World Industries, and they are having issues automatically closing our ASN's because we hard coded the value 'N/A' in the CarrierProNumber tag. Since we don't always have a pro number they said it was okay if we omitted the field all together. When I do this however, I get a "Document Processing Error" due to a missing pro number. Would it be possible to update the map for this customer to allow for the CarrierProNumber to not be a required, or suppress this value so the customer doesn't see it?
