Why does the UPC case code show required when McLane does not provide it?

I am trying to invoice McLane and they are asking for a UPC case code. I don't have this number. What can I do?

Hi Mickelle! Thank you for your post! I worked with Chris, who you spoke with yesterday, and he showed me that by clicking into the 'Description' and 'Pack Information' fields for one of the items, the 'UPC Case Code' no longer comes up as missing when you check the document. As this is not how the form should function, I am going to refer this issue to our Development Team to have them edit the form so the 'UPC Case Code' no longer comes up as mandatory.
