UNPAID COSTCO INVOICES

ALL OF OUR INVOICES ARE IN THE DRAFT SECTION AND COSTCO HAS NOT PAID THEM.  I AM TRYING TO CORRECT THIS, BUT NOT ABLE TO.  THE TICKET NUMBER I HAVE IS  02643987

Hello, 
We have the same problem as we do not get paid.  But our invoices show as «SENT».  What am I supposed to do in order to report this situation????

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

For the first question, if the documents are all in drafts and not the sent folder, it means that they are not sent over to your trading partner.  You will need to go into the drafts folder, open the document by clicking on the edit icon on the right and, once you are sure the document is ready to be sent, click on the send button.  At that point, the document will be sent to Costco and they will begin the payment process in their system.

For the second question, if the documents are sent, but a trading partner has not submitted payment we can assist by tracking the document out.  We can then provide proof of transmission to you.  If the trading partner has received the document in their system, but has not submitted payment, you will need to reach out to them and inquire when they plan to do that, or if they need the proof of transmission. At times we will deliver a document successfully, but it fails in the the trading partner's system and we do not know why.  Proof of delivery will help them locate it in the system or they may request that you send it a second time.
