universal catalog upload

When I click on the catalog(v7) button, a new tab opens and logs me out of SPS. How do I upload the catalog if it always redirects and logs me out?

Good morning Katie,

Thank you for your post!  Is it bringing you to the below screen?  If so, that is because you are not set up with Catalog (v7).  I do not see your company having an Assortment - Catalog project.  If you do have a project, let me know and I will reach out to you via email for the username.

Thanks for your response. Yes, we are needing to upload a catalog for one of our partners.  What are the next steps?

Definitely.  In this case, because it has not been set up, you will want to contact your Account Executive to talk specifics.  Your company's Account Executive is Grant Stadheim, do you recognize his name?  If you do not have his direct contact information I am more than happy to email you with it.
