Is there any way I can tell who, what IP address, or any other ID, accepted a change to PO? I'm supposed to be the only person doing it but more often than not, the change has already been accepted and a new PO made.

Hey Charles,

Thanks for your post.  Unfortunately, we do not have any sort of ability to filter by IP address on our end.  If you have an IT department, they would be able to do something like that.  From our end, we can tell which username access a specific document, but I only see one username on your company's profile.  If a PO Change is accepted, it generates a new version of that PO.  One thing you could check is the time-stamp of the new versions of the PO.  It would at least help you figure out who, with access, would have been working at that time.

Another possibility is moving forward you could create an additional user name and remove the permissions to work with the PO Changes for that user.  That would allow you to be the only one with that capability.  Please note, however, additional usernames do have a charge associated with them.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
