unacknowledged Invoices

PO 0071-2033447-0580 and 0071-2033447-3806, we are reviving a message of unacknowledged invoices. I went and check on the invoices and everything appears to be in order (i.e. header matches body) could you please help me to resolve this? I am unsure what to do from here. Thank you!

Hi Katie,

Thanks for posting in the Support Center! I took a look at the invoices in your WebForms account for both PO numbers above (invoice numbers 5303820 and 5303821), and it looks like they are still bold in you Sent folder. That usually means that we haven't received a functional acknowledgement back from Target saying they received the invoices. In this case, I checked the dataflow and it appears these specific invoices didn't make it completely out of our system. We are reprocessing the two documents on our end. I will let you know when we receive confirmation that Target received them. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Both of these invoices for these POs have been accepted and acknowledged by Target. Please let me know if anything else comes up regarding this issue!

HI there- We seem to have run into this problem again with one invoice and multiple ASNs. Will you please review again? Also if you could let me know if there is something we could do to avoid having this happen in the future, I would really appreciate it.

All documents have been retransmitted and I will inform you when we receive the 997 (Acknowledgement) from Target.  I will also reach out to you via email regarding the issue at hand.  It is not something that you are doing incorrectly, no worries!
