WebForms Error: Document Transmission Failure

When I try to save an ASN an error occurs. It says "document transmission fail" unable to transmit or store your document. How do I fix this?

We are receiving a message : "Document transmission failed. Please contact SPS customer support for details and assistance" when trying to save & send the invoice.

I was trying to do an ASN for Amazon. I got an error message that it was unable to transmit or store my document. It said to contact customer support.
