No Debit - Credit invoices received

I am unable to pull up Debit-Credit invoices for Loblaws. When I enter the invoice number no invoices populates it states no document found. I cannot pull anything after July 5th 2013

Hi Lilly! Thank you for contacting the SPS Commerce Support Center. As per our chat, I think it will be best for you to contact Loblaws for more information on why they have not been sending your Debit - Credit documents through EDI/WebForms.

Again, I was not able to locate any documents that have been sent/received beyond July 11th. If Loblaws is able to provide additional confirmation that they sent documents and should have been received, please give me a call at 888-739-3232 option 1 for WebForms and reference case# 01047706.
