Unable to complete any WebForm documents

Every time that I try to complete a step in the WebForms, (ie; Acknowledgement, Advanced Ship Notice, Invoicing,etc.) I am booted out of the portal.

Our MIS department was able to update Java and it appears to have resolved the issue. Thanks again for all your help.
