Unable to access Webforms even though I am customer with SPS Commerce hosted solution

I am a customer that uses the SPS Commerce hosted solution which includes WebForms. I am unable to access it. I get an error message: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Please advise the solution.

Hello Stephanie,

There are a number of troubleshooting steps that I would recommend to get past this error. Try these in this order. If one step does not work, then try the next.

1) Clear your Internet Explorer temporary internet files by going to Tools, then Internet Options, and then click on the Delete button under Browsing History. You will want to make sure that Temporary Internet Files is selected.

2) Restore the advanced settings in Internet Explorer. Go to Tools, Internet Options, then click on the Advanced tab. You will see a button called "Restore advanced settings." You will then have to restart Internet Explorer.

3) Reset Internet Explorer settings to their default condition. On the advanced tab of the Internet Options, you will see a Reset button. Make sure not to select the check box if you want to keep your personal settings.

4) Upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer. We recommend Internet Explorer 9.
