Unable to upgrade to Fulfillment

I have been trying to upgrade to fullfillment for several days and when I enter my email address and press upgrade it says I can't do it because an email has already been sent to upgrade to fulfillment.

Hello Karen!

I'm seeing that your email address was spelled incorrectly when it was entered to upgrade, which is why you never received it. I've removed the incorrect invite, so if you go ahead and click the upgrade button again you will be good to enter your email and receive your invite!
