Unable to update preferences for CTC RPA Process

For our RPA process CTC has asked us to update the Ship-From address for our Vendor# G3PB but when I access the preferences under ship-from address none of the options are available to be changed. They commented that "the ship from address have been caused issues in RPA since one month ago. It seems like product flow team could not get the correct ship from address in the system when you RPA". Our Shippers manually enter the ship-from address each time they request a RPA from CTC. Please advise as to how we need to proceed.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

If you need to change your vendor number for an account, you will need to call the Support Team and they will be able to get that changed in the system for you.  They will also want to create a case and document that it was changed and why.

I would recommend reaching out to them anyway as this sounds like a unique issue that we will need to look at what is being entered into the RPA and what may be an issue.

We will need more information to be able to troubleshoot this.
