UNABLE TO SEND ASN

I am unable to select the ASN link for any of our shipments. This doesn’t happen every time but it does happen more often than not. The link is marked through and greyed out.

Hi Stacy,

Thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear you are running into troubles!  There are a few reasons this can happen, found here.  The most common reason we see this is that the POs have not been opened or marked as read.  In reviewing your account, this does not appear to be the case.  Given that I was able to access each ASN in your account, the issue likely lies in that your Internet Browser is hanging on to older files, from times before the PO was opened.  Here is an article that goes through clearing these files.  As long as you do not select the Next Steps option prior to opening or marking the PO as read, you should not run into this again.
