Hi Sara,

Nice to see you on the Support Center! What's going on when you're trying to print / mark Purchase Orders as read? Are you receiving an error message?

Do you have a Purchase Order number that I could use as reference? I'll get logged into your account and see if I run into any issues when printing / marking documents as read.

Hi Johnny,

I have a Spartan PO# 29181.

Thank you,

Sara

Hi Sara,

I used Purchase Order 029181 as the example -- I'm assuming that's the one you are referring to! I was able to both print and mark the document as read. Again, what's happening when you're trying to print and mark as read? Is there an error message that you're running into?

When I hit the print button it brings me into another Login page. Then it goes to the screen to print the order but it doesn't print. It goes to a blank page.

Thanks for letting me know -- are you working in Internet Explorer? If so, will you try adding SPS Commerce to Compatibility View Settings?

1. Log in to your WebForms inbox and navigate to your Inbox.

2. While in your Inbox, click on the gear icon (Tools) on the upper right-hand corner of the Internet Explorer browser. Choose "Compatibility View Settings" from the drop-down menu.

3. Type this exact site into the 'Add this website' field at the top of the form:

*.hosted-commerce.net

4. Click the "Add" button.

5. Close the Compatibility View Settings window, and return to your WebForms account.

Try printing / marking the documents as read. I'll also shoot you an email quick to connect on a Desktop Share if necessary to take a better look at what might be going on on your computer there.

Hi Johnny,

I am having the same problem again with printing my Costco PO's. I double checked to make sure that the site was still added like I did before. Any ideas?

Hi Sara,

I will take over this post as Johnny is out this week.  Can you confirm that it is still happening?  There were some development changes this morning and I am wondering if it is related.  Just as Johnny had done - I am unable to replicate on my machine.

Thank you!

Yes I have tried several times today to print my Costco PO's or mark them as 'read' and it isn't working. I had no problem when I was logged in for Spartan. I was able to mark them as 'read'.

How strange.  Do you mind ensuring the below check-boxes are checked from the compatibility view settings box?  If these are checked, I will reach out to you for your contact information and ask an analyst reach out to you directly to perform a desktop share as there may be a setting deeper within Internet Explorer that is wrong.

Thank you for being patient!

Hey Jordan...I just figured out what I was doing wrong! It started printing. Sorry for taking up your time.

Sorry Jordan...I spoke too soon. It let me print them but it still didn't show they were opened. So I am still unable to invoice them. Sorry for all of the confusion.

No problem at all, glad to hear you are back in business!  Good timing - I was in the process of emailing you to set up a time to have an analyst reach out.

Have a great day and let us know if you run into any further issues.

Best,

Jordan

Again, no problem.  Just to ensure, even after printing, are you marking the POs as read via the Select an Action menu (or attempting to, at least)?  Will it let you click on the physical POs by clicking anywhere on the line to read your POs?

Thank you again for being patient with this!

I printed the PO's and the PO changes. Then I went to 'Select an Action' menu to mark the PO's as read. A screen popped up and went through the po's like it was marking them as read. But at the top of the screen it says Document Results. The 3 PO's fall under 'No Action'. It does let me click on the PO's though to read them. Hopefully this makes sense.

Hi Sara,

I think I may have overlooked something as well.  I see the most recent documents from Costco are Purchase Order Changes.  In this sense, you will need to "accept" or "reject" these changes.  By accepting the change, you will notice a new PO is created to reflect the changes, and you will be able to Invoice this PO.  In order to "accept" the changes, you will see an Accept option from the Select an Action menu.  You can also accept or reject by clicking on the Change ID, using the icons in the upper-right to accept/reject.  Accept is on the far left, while reject is just to the right.

This should help clear things up, my apologies for overlooking this previously.
