trying to start my first order and its asking for a manufacturing id or vendor #

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have looked into this error and your connection with REI is still being owned and watched by your dedicated implementation analyst.  You will need to reach out to them and provide them with that vendor number.  We then add it to our system and that allows the ASN option to function.  It will not be something you can add.

I have created a case and sent the implementation analyst a timecard requesting that they reach out to you to get that number so we can add it in so you should be hearing from then within the next business day.

If you need it added sooner, you can either call them directly, or call our Support Team who can then assist as well,

Where will I input our vendor number once I have it?

You will not input it, your implementation analyst will enter it into our system and that will enable the ASN.  You will need to get it to them and they will take it from there.
