Trying to send free form Albertsons invoice but it is not sending after clicking send?

Trying to Invoice Albertsons using free form invoice. Once all tabs are completed, "done" is checked and send is clicked. . However the screen doesn't appear to send and remains with the send button grayed out. There is no invoice in the sent file.

I took a look at your connection and I see that your connection with Albertsons is still being owned by a dedicated implementation analyst.  It's possible that this invoice is still being worked on by the analyst.  You are going to need to reach out to her and she will advise as to the solution to this issue.
