Trying to Invoice since end of September and cannot get invoices to load!!! My Java is up to date.

Trying to Invoice since end of September and cannot get invoices to load!!! My Java is up to date. Now what do I do? Went into my Java Control Panel and made sure all three boxes were checked and restarted IE several times. What next??????

Hi Jan,

It sounds like you are on the right track.  There are a couple different options at this point.  One would be to try Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.  The other option is to adjust a setting in IE which ensures that the latest version of the page is loaded every time.  To get there follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings area under Browsing History in Internet Options

Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History: Settings

2. Select the option toward the top under Check for newer versions of stored pages, titled "Every time I visit the webpage."

Also ensure that your pop-up blocker is off. 

Hopefully those steps will do the trick.
