Grainger PO 4616965500--trying to accept the change order and the transmission keeps failing.  Because of this, I am unable to process the order.

There are a few things that could be happening with this process.

One is that PO Changes must be accepted in chronological order. So if you are trying to accept a PO Change and there are others that need to be accepted first, it will not allow you to accept it. To resolve this: do a search for the PO and they will all come up. From there you can see a full picture of what has come in.

Another thing is you may be experiencing a unique issue with your browser where it is holding on to information rather than letting you move forward with the action. For that you will need to delete temporary internet files. How you do this will depend on which browser you are using. For this I would recommend calling the Support Team and they can hop on a desk top share with you or gain more information from specific troubleshooting questions to resolve the issue.
