Trouble with ASN and Sears Holdings

We are submitting ASN's for Sears as we do with other customers. However Sears is not receiving the information and therefore they are charging back a significant amount on every po.
We need to find a solution stat.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I logged into your WebForms account and I see that they are all saved to your drafts folder.  That is an excellent best practice when creating ASNs.  By creating the ASN, then saving to your drafts folder, you will be able to review the labels, print them out, but still make any changes if anything needs to be modified before the shipment goes out.  I am seeing that you have not gone back in and sent them, however.  You will need to log in and send them as the final step in that process.

It looks like the last one sent was on 3/11.  All the ones after that are saved in your drafts folder and need to be sent for your trading partner to receive them.
