Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

This was a tricky one.  The error for that document states that one of the fields has an incorrect amount of characters, but this error seems to be in error itself.  This is why, when you review the document it does not seem to have anything wrong with it.

I would recommend recreating a new invoice off the PO and sending that one.  This one was not sent through, so you can use the same invoice number and such, but something may have happened in the creation process for this document and it thinks there are less characters in this field than there are.

I see that you have created case: 02508833 as well.  I will take ownership of that case and email you from there as well.  Once you recreate the document, it should go through successfully, if it errors again, please reach out to me through the case and I will review next steps at that point.
