Total Invoice Amount not Reflecting Misc Charg%

Until last week the Misc Charg% (Hawaii General Excise Tax) was included in the total Invoice amount on the summary tab when uploading an invoice for a purchase order; today only the merchandise total is reflected in the Total Invoice Amount. The Misc Charge is shown on the purchase order so will we still be paid for that amount even though it is not reflected in the Total Invoice Amount?

Thank you for posting your question. I took a look in your account, but I was unable to find any PO's that contained a Misc Charge. Could you please provide me an example PO where this is occurring? Then I will be happy to take a further look!

Good morning Lu Ann,

I was able to look into this issue and discovered that there is a known issue in our system related to a recent update with the Costco forms. Our development team is working to get this resolved so that the allowance and charge information sources in to the forms as it did previously.

Our development team was able to install a fix for this issue, so now all the charge information will once again appear on your PO's and invoices.
