Filling out an inventory advice, but find yourself spending countless minutes entering the same line item information (UPC, Vendor Part Number, SKU) repeatedly for each Inventory Advice?  WebForms has some great features to help reduce some of that manual entry.
  • Defaults can be entered to help automatically place in data that remains the same, such as 'Ship From' or 'Remit To' information.
  • The item repository can help with storing lists of your items with specific SKU, UPC, Vendor Part Numbers, and more.  Once these items have been added to your repository, you can source them into defaults, and then into your Inventory Advice document.
  • If you send a daily inventory and your items don't change often, saving as a template might be the route for you.
