time clock acknowlegement to the customer is incorrect - it shows 8:18pm and we sent it 3:15pm. why is this time clock incorrect?

Most likely they are using UTC time (different from your time zone).
Check current time for UTC and compare to yours, there should be the difference of 5 hrs.

Richard is correct! You can check your personal settings in Fulfillment to ensure the time zone matches your location. Once updated, times should show correctly!
