It has been working well, but suddenly not showing anything on screen, see below picture.

Hi Jina,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center! This is likely due to a browser issue. In Internet Explorer, this often times is caused by compatibility view not being established. I will post instructions on how to resolve it.

1. Go to your WebForms inbox.

2. While in your inbox, click on
the gear icon on the right side of Internet Explorer. Choose
"Compatibility View Settings"

3. Add the current site to
Compatibility View by clicking the "Add" button. The site should be
hosted-commerce.net. 

Additionally, Google Chrome actually has stopped supporting many pluggins such as Java and has caused compatibility issues. This can pop up if you are using that browser. The only supported browsers for WebForms are Internet Explorer and FireFox. 

Another possibility is due to Java itself. Make sure to only have one version of Java installed on your computer. You can ensure this is the case by opening up the Java Control Panel. In there, you can open the "Java" tab and click view. If there is more than one option, make sure only one is checked.
