The most common reason for this type of file status is an incorrect Catalog Name. During Implementation, SPS Commerce provides you with a unique Catalog name. Uploading a spreadsheet with an incorrect Catalog name can cause multiple line items to fail, and can ultimately lead to a Failed on Errors message which will prevent all item information from successfully uploading to Universal Catalog. The Catalog name is case sensitive, and must match the exact name that was provided to you by SPS Commerce during implementation. Ensure that there are no spaces or extra characters at the beginning or end of your Catalog name, as they can ultimately cause an error.
