Why are my next steps options crossed off?

All orders in our account do not have the PO acknowledgement, pick/pack, or invoicing options available.

Good Morning Kevin,

I've taken a look at your account and I see what you are seeing with the next steps options crossed off.  The purchase orders in your account are still in a 'New' (bold) status.  In order to work from next steps, you must first view the purchase orders by clicking on them, or by marking them as read using the 'Select an Action' menu.  Once you've done this, the options from next steps will no longer be crossed off and you can work on the documents.
