Hey Leemark,

Thanks for your post. You'll need to create a new Advance Ship Notice Using Own Label Numbers if:

a) You already sent and Advance Ship Notice for this order
and
b) The physical product went out bearing SPS Commerce Shipping Labels from that original Advance Ship Notice.

To create a new Advance Ship Notice Using Own Label Numbers, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to the original Purchase Order.
2. Select Advance Ship Notice from the orange Next Steps triangle.
3. When the form loads, click the check-box called Using Own Label Numbers? (Be sure this is the first thing you click on the form).
4. When you get to adding item information on the Advance Ship Notice, reference the original Container IDs from the first Advance Ship Notice and enter those numbers into the First / Last Container ID fields on the new Advance Ship Notice.

I'd recommend calling our Support Team if you need assistance with this process: 888-739-3232 Option 1 then 1.

Thanks!

Thanks for the screen shot. What's the corresponding Purchase Order number?

Sweet! That helps a lot -- it looks like there's a pending Purchase Order Change attached to Order # 1135980665. You'll want to respond to that Purchase Order Change (either Accept it or Reject it) before being able to work again with the original Order. My hunch is that you'll be Rejecting the Purchase Order Change because you've already shipped the product. But take a look at the Change, respond to it, and then that original Order will be available for you again.
