The invoice option is greyed out and crossed out. I have marked my messages as read, but still can't make an invoice.

I am using firefox, updated my Java, and have marked my messages as read.  I have older PO in there and can access the invoice option on those.  What do I need to do to access this function?

If these invoices are for Costco, we began experiencing an issue late on Friday with Costco's invoices, which we have escalated to our development team. We are expecting resolution within 24 hours! 

Please feel free to contact our support team directly at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1, and our support agents can manually open those documents for you to invoice.
