Thank you for reaching out to the Support Center, I also see you opened case #02852141 in regards to this as well. I investigated your issues pertaining to your defaults and see these are the fields not populating as you have the defaults set. You have defaults set for 3 Lamps Plus forms:

- Invoice Date: This field is working correctly even though you have a default set for a day in the past. This field is supposed to be the current date when the Invoice is created. Defaults should be set for information that is the same every single time
- Date Code under Payment Terms: You have a default set for this, but this information automatically off of the PO.
- Allowance Section: You need to click the plus sign to have this information source in, or you could utilize the autocomplete function to have this automatically get added.

- Carrier Name: This is sourcing off of the PO. This is why it adds "Home delivery after Fedex Ground
- Order tab: You will have to click the plus sign to add in your item or once again, you can utlize autocomplete.

Inventory Advice:

- For the Available Quantity and Line Item Schedule fields you need to set a default for the check box as well so the information can populate automatically. Go to Defaults and click directly on these folders, you will see there is a check box you can set to check automatically.

Here is another idea! Get all information added and you can save this as a template. To do so, click "save as Template" when you have form open and all you information is filled in so the document is ready to be sent. This will save this into your drafts folder and from there you can open it up as often as you send the inventory advice make any changes to quantity, dates, etc and click send. This way you do not have to create the form every single time.

Here are a couple helpful links to consider checking out!
Auto Complete

If you do have further questions regarding this, I would highly recommend calling into our Support Team at 888-739-3232 and an analyst will be able to help walk through your specific situation.
